You are invited to meet with other mothers, enjoy a cup of tea and relax, talk, laugh,commiserate, learn and create together.  Receive support for breastfeeding and mothering  and have your questions answered by experienced mothers who also happen to be professionals.  Come and nourish your mind and heart.

Both Diane and Helen are holistically oriented registered nurses. Diane has been helping mothers with breastfeeding challenges both typical and complex for more than eighteen years. Helen and Diane bring diverse life experiences and extensive professional backgrounds in maternal-child health. Their mothering and grandparenting experiences provide them with much compassion and levity for the parenting process. They share a love of furthering their professional skills with continuing education and staying up to date with current research trends in order to support and empower pregnant women, mothers, and families.
